I had an issue with my order and support got back to me really quickly. They sorted everything out fast, and I’m very happy with how smooth the whole experience was.

I was feeling mentally drained when this arrived, so I was relieved to see the box came in neat and everything was packed really well. Nothing was bent, damaged, or messed up at all.

I ended up ordering this from brondell.com because my old seat was just not comfortable anymore. This one feels a Lot better, fits nicely, and doesn’t have that cheap or wobbly feel at all. It did take me a little bit to get used to it, but now I actually really like it. So far I’m Happy with it.

I was expecting to have to chase someone down or get an apology about them being out of stock, but the replacement filters were right there and available. Makes reordering really easy

I bought this from Brondell last year, it’s been really solid. I know some people can be picky about these things, but I haven’t had any weird problems, nothing has broken, and it just does what it’s supposed to do every day. Setup wasn’t a big deal either, despite what you might expect. I’m genuinely happy with it and, yeah, I’d buy it again

I got a Brondell bidet seat a few weeks ago, and it’s been way better than I thought. The water pressure is strong without being too much, and after using it, it just feels actually clean.

It took me a couple days to mess with the settings and get it how I like it, but now I really don’t want to go back to just toilet paper. It works well, does what I needed, and I’ve got no complaints.

I got this from brondell.com mostly because I wanted better heated water settings, and it’s been really nice so far. The temperature is simple to adjust, and it doesn’t do that annoying thing where it suddenly goes from freezing to way too hot??
It took me a couple days to figure out the setting I liked best, but now it feels just right. It’s one of those little upgrades that makes a bigger difference than I expected, especially first thing in the morning

It works. No real complaints there. I’ve been using it and it does what it’s supposed to do. But… a few parts just feel kind of cheap. Like, not broken or anything. Just not super sturdy. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more solid

I was 100% convinced this was either going to be a pain or not fit my older toilet at all, but nope, it lined up like it was made for it. Worked with the existing setup without any drama, and I had it installed in about 20 minutes. couldn’t have been easier. Happy with it for sure...

I picked up a Brondell bidet seat a few months back, and so far it’s been really solid. I don’t remember all the model details off the top of my head, but the overall quality feels better than I expected, especially since I ordered it online.

Installing it was straightforward from what I remember, and it’s been working fine with daily use. The buttons still feel sturdy, and I haven’t noticed any leaks or weird problems or anything like that.

Overall, it just seems like a well-made product. Not much else to say, but based on this one I’d probably order from brondell.com again.

I ordered it from brondell.com, the design was the first thing I noticed. It has this clean, modern look without trying too hard or looking too flashy.

It fits into my bathroom really nicely and doesn’t look bulky or out of place at all. Simple style, nice finish, and overall it just feels way more put together than I expected.

Had to use the warranty and they got it fixed faster than I expected. Nothing flashy, just handled it well.

I’ve had my Brondell for a while now, and umm, the maintenance has been simple. The filters are easy to swap out, and cleaning it doesn’t take much time at all. I really like that I don’t have to fuss with it constantly. It’s been working great so far.
